🚇 Location: Around 5 minutes’ walk from Canning Town station

💷 Current rent: £1,116.66 per month
💡 Utilities: Under £150 per month, including council tax and other household bills

📅 Availability: Mid-October / November onwards
📝 Tenancy: Contract takeover, with a fair possibility of extension
