A first-floor double room has become available in this well-maintained house. The room is a good-sized double and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, as well as nets and curtains. It features carpet flooring, is in good clean condition, and benefits from a large window providing excellent natural light and ventilation.

A little about the household: the property is currently shared by four gentlemen, and we are looking to fill the room with a like-minded individual. The house offers two bathrooms, a shared living room, and a kitchen. A cleaner attends every two weeks; however, all residents are expected to look after the property and clean up after themselves to maintain a pleasant and respectful living environment for all housemates.

The location is well connected, with Plaistow Station just a short walk away. There is also a large park at the top of the road, and Stratford’s shopping and leisure facilities are close by.
