A ground floor double room has come available in this well maintained house, the room is a good size double. The Room will house a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and nets and curtains, the floor has laminate flooring and is in a good clean condition with good size windows for ventilation.

A little bit about the current housemates, currently there is four gentleman living at the house, we are looking to fill the room with a like minded individual, the property has two bathrooms, a living room area and a kitchen, we do have a cleaner come in every two weeks but we ask everybody to look after the property and ensure that all clean up after themselves ensuring a nice environment for our fellow house mates, we would be looking for someone of similar mindset.

Local transport is close by with Plaistow station only a short stroll away, a lovely large park at the top of the Road and Stratford shopping facilities also close by.
