The house is in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the large Morrisons and just a 10 minute to walk to the very well connected Stratford station.


We have 2 double rooms available.

The rooms come furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobes. A side table and a chest of drawers.
All bills, including a weekly cleaner, are included in the prices mentioned.

The deposit is one month's rent.

The house is extremely clean and looked after, as all housemates like to live in a nice environment. The house benefits from a living room, a patio garden, a wash and steam room and also has a shower and toilet on each floor. There are three floors, with two rooms on the ground floor, three tenants on the middle floor and one tenant on the top floor.

All housemates are very friendly and work long of hours, so you will see them all at different times (depending on your own schedule).
