Lovely House for Summer Let Only (Short Let Only)

We are looking for a couple or a woman to rent our home over the summer- from 5th July 2026 to the 15th September 2026. We have one lovely big double bedroom with its own bathroom.

We live on a small road which is closed on both sides so it is very private and very quiet. We have lovely neighbours and it is a very friendly community. We are looking for someone who might need an easy commute to the centre - Stratford is one of the best connected tube stops and Maryland is 5 minutes walk which is on the Elizabeth Line.

You would need to be a quiet house mate as we respect our neighbours and my housemate. We have a lovely garden that you would be welcome to use. And also welcome participation in its upkeep (ha ha). We are excited to share our beautiful home with the right person or people for this SHORT TERM LET

Our kitchen is very well appointed with all modern appliances
We have a washing machine in a laundry room
We have a 'cinema-style' viewing of most streaming services
I can arrange on street parking but you will need to pay for the permit and it needs to be done in advance.

The price for the double room as a single person is £980 and the price for a couple is £1200. This also includes all cleaning and all bills.

The house is perfect for a summer stay in London. !!!
Its lovely and big and pretty with a great outdoor space and fantastic travel links to the centre of London.

Also a direct line to Heathrow Airport

You must be available for a meeting before any agreement as this is our family home and we will only be renting to people who we trust.

All monies to paid upfront and in advance.
There will be a deposit.
