Short Term Summer Let In Lovely House Over Summer

We are looking for someone to rent our home over the summer- from 15th July to the 9th September. We have one lovely big double bedroom on the top of our house. We live on a small road which is closed on both sides so it is very private and very quiet. We have lovely neighbours and it is a very friendly community. We are looking for someone who might need an easy commute to the centre - Stratford is one of the best connected tube stops and Maryland is 5 minutes walk which is on the Elizabeth Line. You would need to be a quiet house mate as we respect our neighbours. We have a lovely garden that you would be welcome to use. And also welcome participation in its upkeep ha ha. We are excited to share our beautiful home with the right person for this short term let. The price is for a single person and also includes cleaning and bills. If you are part of a couple the price will need to be adjusted accordingly. The house is perfect for a summer stay in London.
