Large double room, links to Canary Wharf and City

Hey potential flatmate, I have a furnished double room available. It doesn't look quite so white once your stuff is in there :) The living room/kitchen is a really good size and has a very comfortable big sofa and a 52 inch TV.

I'm hoping to find working professional that is social but not a constant party person, everyone in the house gets on well and it's important to us to continue that. Although I'm the landlord it's very much an equal tenancy environment, it's just that any issues will get fixed a lot faster and appliances in the house will generally be to a better standard. Recently purchased washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave, dishwasher and dryer..

It's got great connections, it's between Plaistow (5 mins, Zone 3) and West Ham (8 mins, Zone 2). These two stations give you access to Jubilee, District, Hammersmith & City, DLR and the train, as well as good bus links.
