I live with my calm teenage son and I have a single ensuite room with a double bed to rent.
It is a very calm and quiet household. The house is in a quiet no end small road, right in front of Abbey Rd dlr Station and has a nice size garden. There is parking space right outside the front door.

The furnished room, which is downstairs, comes with own new, biggish modern shower room and under stairs storage which includes own fridge and freezer. It also comes with a smart TV.

The room, which is downstairs, is very private as me and my son spend most of the time upstairs, where we have our own living area.

We have a lovely, very friendly, small dog. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed any hair.
