Lovely room to rent - All bills included

We have one room available in our lovely house in Maryland with an amazing garden and a big kitchen.

We are conveniently located only a 3 min walk from Maryland Station, 10 min walk from Stratford Station and around 15-20 min to Liverpool Street with Elizabeth Line.

Loads of supermarkets including Morrisons around the corner and a Tesco Express a stones throw away for anything you fancy. There are great bars and places to eat. Hackney Wick, Westfield and the Olympic Park just up the road.

All Bills are included in the rent price (gas, electricity, council tax, wi-fi, water) and 1 month deposit is required.

A little bit about us
You will be sharing with three friendly professionals (3 guys, ages 24-36).

We are a sociable bunch, spending evenings in the living room and BBQs during the summer, but equally we have our own lives. We are looking for someone to move in who is easy going like us.
