We have a newly refurbished en-suite double room available with the views sunrise and sunset overlooking the Olympic park. The room is clean and airy.

There is a wardrobe, drawers and double bed in the room, with space for a additional desk and chair. There is space for a desk and chair in the bedroom that can be provided upon request.

The furniture and appliances including a dish washer. All in good working condition. There is a small dining table in the kitchen.

We have a cleaner who comes to clean fortnightly there is no extra cost this is inclusive of rent, and she will clean all communal areas as well as bedrooms.

The room benefits from having lots of storage space, and a great views.

The building has residents gym, sauna and steam room available, and a concierge service.

There is a secure bike shelter and some parking space available. There is a additional cost for parking only.

The property has a bus stop outside the entrance that takes you into the city or canary wharf, and into the city.
The station closet is Pudding Mill lane station is 4 mins walk away. However, Stratford station is a 10 minute walk. The district line and City & Hammersmith line can be accessed from Bow Road which is a 10 min walk.

The property is conveniently situated as a 10 minute walk into Westfield shopping Centre through the Olympic park, and a 10 minute walk to Stratford.

It takes 30 mins to get to Euston Station from pudding mill lane on the tube.

It’s a 20 minute cycle to Liverpool St.
