Beautiful medium double room in a lovely House

All bills included. I also provide almost everything for your moving in, Such as beddings, pillows, duvets, cooking utensils etc. You pretty much just need your personal belongs.
There is a double bed, a medium sized wardrobe, a table and chair in the room. if you are interested, email me and come have a look at the place yourself. You will be sharing a big family bathroom with one other person only.
It is a 5 bedrooms House but only 3 rooms will be Let. I am keeping the other 2 rooms empty to avoid the house been too crowded.

Located 2 minutes to plaistow Station or 7 minutes to West Ham or 15 minutes to Stratford. All walking distance.
The place has a big open plan kitchen which is used for lodgers to mingle. This is effectively the living room.
