Nice Bedroom in Stratford - Cheap Rent and bills

Hi! We’re looking for someone to take over asap one bedroom in our big 4 Bedroom House in E15.
Huge kitchen, living room, basement and garden.
We’re all professional from different countries (England, Hungary, Ireland)
Loads of supermarkets, amenities and buses around the corner.
Stratford station is 13 min by walk or less with the bus.
We appreciate the occasionale gathering-party situation as well as we value our private time.
We’ll need to run a quick reference through agency (as we are renting from them and we’ll need to sign a new contract)
First month of rent + one month deposit needed
We’re looking for someone available from mid July.
