Great room in Stratford

Our previous tenant is leaving (September 1st) so we are looking for a nice person to take her place.
This is a family house. (mother and son)
The house is a 15 min walk (5 min bus) from Stratford station (Central, DLR, Jubilee and TfL Rail lines), 9 mins from Leyton (Central) and 6 mins from Maryland (TfL rail). Nearby amenities include the Stratford Westfield shopping centre, a large Morrison’s 5 mins down the road and Leyton Mills retail park.
There is a spacious wardrobe and a desk. You can choose to keep additional furniture if needed or we can move it so you have more space.
In the kitchen, we have all appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, rice cooker and stove). It is large and doubles as a dining/social area.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate toilet.
There is also a garden with lots of flowers.

Since I'll be your housemate; I'm a former student who just got into QAT and work mainly remotely. I love to bake and also cook from time to time. If working out is your thing I go gym avidly. we have two very cuddly and friendly cats. All bills are included, and we also have a loft for extra storage.
