The house is a 15 minute walk to Stratford City, with excellent transport links — only 3 minutes’ walk to the nearest station, offering the Jubilee, District, Central, and DLR lines, getting you to the West End in under 25 minutes.

About the house:

• American-style fridge freezer & gas stove
• Washing machine, dishwasher
• Small garden with a lean-to for storage
• Living room is not shared
• Monthly cleaner (additional fee for room cleaning)

A very large, bright and peaceful double room with private en-suite, located on a separate floor for added privacy.

A little about Me:
I’m a Christian female working remotely, both from home and abroad. My home is, calm and peaceful with high standards of cleanliness.
I have a trained and affectionate cat who keeps to herself and does not access all areas of the home.

Looking For:
A single female lodger who shares similar values — respectful, tidy and clean who is seeking a quiet place to call home for the short term.
Ideal for mature students or professionals. A reference and proof of ID is required.

The room is available from October for a max of 2 months. Flexible on dates but not term.
