The house is a lovely newly refurbished Victorian terrace safely located on a quiet in Plaistow, 15 minute walk to Stratford & 25 mins commute to the West End. Local supermarkets and post office are also only a short walk away.
The kitchen is spacious with a breakfast table, integrated washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge freezer & gas stove.
The room is a very large furnished double with an en-suite bathroom. Very peaceful, natural light and pleanty of privacy.
There is a garden with a lean-to area which is great for storing bikes etc.
A bit about me: I am a Christian and I work remotely from home. The house is a place of peace so I would be willing to live with a female who shares similar interests/ values, is also peaceful and maintains a clean environment. I'm a respectful and welcoming person who is open to the odd catch up over a cuppa during your stay or equally providing a space of privacy and quiet.
I have a cat who is very affectionate yet minds her own business. She is also trained. I maintain a high standard of cleanliness with respect to being a pet owner.
A cleaner visits once per month. Additional fees apply for cleaning of the room.
