Flatmate wanted - working professional

Hi guys,

I'm currently living in a 2 bedrooom flat in Stratford, looking for a flatmate to share. It's in the heart of Stratford, literally 7 min walking distance from the station. Great transport links, modern building with concierge so you never miss a parcel!

So a few things about the room:

Furnished
Shared bathroom
Very cute balcony
Open plan living room and kitchen

Bills are around £250.

A little bit about me, I am a 29 year old marketing manager, I work in the city so I am in the office 3 out of 5 days of the week. I am sociable, I like going out but I do like my down time at home. I'm looking for someone quite similar who is sociable, clean and respectful of space and boundaries. I'm very laidback, word of caution, I do play loud music on weekends, so if you don't enjoy a bit of R&B this isn't the place for you.

With regards to move in dates, I am looking for someone to move in November, so please bear in mind before you enquire.
