Flatmate wanted - working professional

I’m currently living in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Stratford and looking for a new flatmate to share it with. The flat’s in the heart of Stratford, just a 7-minute walk from the station. Great transport links, modern building with a concierge — so you’ll never miss a parcel!

Bills around £250/month

A bit about me:
I’m 29, work as a marketing manager in the city, and usually go into the office three days a week. I’m sociable and enjoy going out, but I also really value my downtime at home. I’m looking for someone similar — friendly, clean, and respectful of the space.

I’m pretty easy-going, and I do like having friends over from time to time, so it’d be great if you’re comfortable with that — and of course, you’re welcome to do the same!

Just a heads-up: I love playing R&B on the weekends, so if you’re not into music in the background now and then, this might not be the right fit.

I’m looking for someone to move in from November, so please keep that in mind before reaching out.
