I’m currently living in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Stratford and looking for a new flatmate to share it with. The flat’s in the heart of Stratford, just a 7-minute walk from the station. Great transport links, modern building with a concierge — so you’ll never miss a parcel! Rent is £1080 w/o bills.

About the room and flat:

Shared working space in the apartment cafe
Open-plan living room and kitchen
Bills are around £200/month

A bit about me:
I’m 29, work as a marketing manager in the city, and usually go into the office three days a week. I’m sociable and enjoy going out, but I also really value my downtime at home. I’m looking for someone similar — friendly, clean, and respectful of the space.

I’m pretty easy-going, and I do like having friends over from time to time, so it’d be great if you’re comfortable with that — and of course, you’re welcome to do the same!
