The room is en-suite with a big kitchen shared with 9 other students, though not all of them use it regularly. The room is 11 sq. m. The bed is one square and a half (120x190cm). The flatmates are very friendly and easy-going. There is an ongoing rotation scheme for kitchen cleaning. The residence is extremely modern, equipped with all the facilities a student may need. There is a 24/7 reception and there are plenty of large common areas and study rooms (including free pool game and table football). There are two laundry rooms in the residence (the fee for a complete washing and drying is £5.50). There is also a bike storage. Rubbish is collected from a room inside the residence. There are two lifts to get to the flat, which is on sixth floor. The location of the residence is extremely convenient, with a Lidl at a stone's throw and Stratford International Station at a 5-minute walk. The neighbourhood is vibrant and has all kinds of shops, with two big malls in close proximity. By tube, it takes around 30-35 minutes to get to KCL. The residence is also very close to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
