1 single room available from 22nd July - best suited for someone who works in the office more often than not.

Good to know:
•Bills are £90-120 monthly per person (incl. water, electricity, gas, council tax, wifi) - this varies by month, but I’m pretty energy conscious so I’d love if you are too!
•No outdoor shoes in the house please
•My boyfriend usually stays over half the week (we’re both sociable and would love to hang out!)

A bit about me:
I’m 24 and work in the office 3x a week, so would prefer someone who has similar working patterns. I enjoy living in a clean and tidy environment (we have a bathroom cleaning rota and clean up regularly after using the kitchen). I’ve lived in shared housing and even shared rooms for the past 8 years so I’d like to think of myself as having lots of practice at being a considerate housemate!
