A double room is available in a modern, new development of Sugar House Island.

It is in a four bedroom house, and the room available is a double room (with shared bathroom). In the room there's wall to wall wardrobe, and 2 bedside tables. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

***(The room that you'll be staying is identical in size to the one being put here, it's just that currently there's no double bed but it will be put back for you)***

***(Move in date is still tentative, it's contingent on the timing of the current tenant moving out, can be up to mid-July)***

We are a group of professionals (2M & 1F). Two of us work from home 3 days a week and enjoy doing activities together (e. g movie nights, tennis, cooking, etc.).
