Price: £200 per week (original price £270+), bills included. Available for students only.

Ensuite single room with a private bathroom, located on the 4th floor. The room is newly furnished, south-facing with plenty of sunlight and a view of the Isle of Dogs. Good ventilation and natural light. Shared kitchen with 2 friendly flatmates. Weekly kitchen cleaning service provided.

It's an official UOL student accommodation. The building includes great amenities such as a study room, movie room, billiards, table tennis, and a roof garden. 24-hour front desk security ensures safety.

2 minutes walk to the bus stop and DLR station, which provide direct access to the O2 and IKEA. 10-minute walk to Stratford Station with Elizabeth Line access to Central London. 20 minutes to Loughborough University London Campus, and three stops to Queen Mary University. Extremely convenient for transportation and shopping.
