Two rooms in Beautiful new build flat in East!

Hi, we have two rooms coming up in our lovely 3 bed flat in East London with a move-in date of 08/11/24.

The rooms are both doubles and come furnished with a built in wardrobe, double bed with storage, a bed side table (2 in the larger room) and a set of drawers. The two rooms will share a bathroom just with each other.

It’s a 2 year contract so we should be safe from massive rent hikes for a couple of years.

Its a lovely and really spacious new build, and we’re absolutely spoilt with a good size kitchen+dining area, a big separate living room, and TWO balconies - one small one off the dining area and a big one off the living room overlooking the river.

There’s also a concierge and parcel room for residents and they sometimes host events such as a Christmas party for residents which is cute. There is a gym on the development and a run club, and a cycle club too. Transport connections are really really great for East London too - we’ve got the DLR, District, H&C, Central, Elizabeth, and Jubilee lines, and the overground, all within a really good distance!

I’m 29 and work as a data scientist, and I wfh 3/4 days a week. There’s plenty of space to wfh here as we have a good dining area and a big living room that’s separate. I also have a tiny dog called Luna, so you must be dog friendly. She’s a Pomchi and is super cute and cuddly! Ideally looking for someone in their late 20’s onwards, as this is more of a calm chill home than a party house.
