Double Ensuite in a 2Bed/2Bath (E15)

Hi! I'm Tuhina - 23 year old young professional who's just finished her masters. My flatmate is sadly moving out so I'm looking for someone to replace him on the lease for the other ensuite in the house.

I'm kind of a homebody, like cooking and chilled evenings indoors so would appreciate someone extremely clean and organised. Other things I would appreciate are: good communication with household chores, hygiene and cleanliness (especially the kitchen), being conscientious and just a friendly presence in the home instead of a stranger to share a house with :)

The flat:

2 Bed 2 Bath house within a secure gated complex just 3 mins walk from Abbey Road DLR station and roughly 7-10 mins walk from both Stratford and West Ham Station. The house has 2 floors with a spacious kitchen + dining area, a massive living room, 2 storage closets and the rooms have big windows letting a lot of natural light in 🌤

All shared spaces and your room comes fully furnished. The kitchen also has all the appliances, crockery and cutlery you could possibly need shared by both flatmates. Ideally, I'd love to find a flatmate who would be open to sprucing up the place with me and making it a bit more homely as it's so spacious and has a ton of potential ✨️

The move-in date can be first week of October as you'll take over the tenancy from October, exact date can be mutually agreed on. Will start to schedule viewings around the first-second week of September and more than happy to grab a drink or get coffee to see if we get on well :)
