Looking for someone to replace me in the house I currently live in as I am moving out of London. Two Double Bedrooms (one bedroom that can be used as walk-in closet, studio, work from home office...) available to rent in a 4
bed terraced house in East London, between Stratford and West Ham.
Abbey Road DLR station (connects to West Ham or Stratford stations) is less than a minute walking distance from the house. West Ham Station is around 7 minutes walking distance from the house.

Both rooms pictured are included in the £900 a month. I have just checked and the company we got the house with, Foxtons, does have to do a credit check and all that before moving forwards with the contract name change. The admin fee for this is £50.

Big spacious open plan ground floor and kitchen in separated room. One full bathroom, one toilet room and one single shower room. Big spacious terrace. There's parking available outside for visitors which is free on weekends (except event days) and monitored between 10-12midday on weekdays.

There's two young professionals living in the house. One female and one male (girl and guy on the left of my profile picture if u wanna have a look ☺️). Super friendly and welcoming. Love to socialise in the living room by watching movies together, playing boardgames, going to the gym, cooking and having dinner.
One of them works from home once a week and is usually away on the weekends. The other has more flexible work so some weeks could work from home more than others.

Bills (electricity, water), internet and council tax usually come to around £110 a month.
The house contract is 3 years long and I have already lived in the house for a year. You won’t necessarily have to live in the house for the remaining 2 years in the contract. There is a clause so, in case you want to leave all you have to do is find a replacement which usually takes around 4 weeks so it’s basically a month long notice once you’ve found a replacement. The long term contract means rent will not be raised at any point whilst living at the property in case you do end up staying for the rest of the contract.

There will be a total of 3 people living at the property. You with two bedrooms and the other housemates with one bedroom each.
