The flat is on the 3rd floor (there’s a lift), and has 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), a massive living area with sofas, a dining table and chairs + a very modern kitchen with built in fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, a dishwasher (!!!) and lots of storage spacec and a balcony!!! There’s also a washing machine/dryer. And it also has a storage room downstairs in the parking lot completely free of charge.
It’s walking distance to Stratford Station (10-15 mins), also 10-15 mins to Bromley-by-Bow and 3 mins to Pudding Mill DLR. There’s a small tesco 5 mins away, a big tesco 10 mins away and a Sainsburys & Lidl 15 mins away in Stratford Main Road - also a PureGym there!

I’m all about keeping a clean and organized space, and I’d love to live with people who are on the same page — friendly, respectful, and sociable.
