Hi everyone - my housemate is going travelling so I am looking for a replacement tenant for our three bedroom apartment in Bow. We are on the 15th floor, within walking distance to Hackney Wick and Stratford. The closest stations are Pudding Mill Lane (DLR) or Bromley by Bow or Bow Rd (District and Hammersmith & City lines).
The complex has resident gym, roof terraces, lounges and 24/7 concierge.
The rent is 1170pcm and the tenancy will end Dec 2025. The move in date would be around the 15th Dec 2024. You will have two bedrooms; one double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom for extra space/storage. It is currently being used as a dressing room but could be an office should you wfh. You’ll also have your own bathroom with shower/bath unit.
The apartment is fully furnished and has (pretty) views of Canary Wharf and Straford. We are on the top floor of our tower accessible by lift.
Unfortunately the landlord does not accept housing benefit and you will be required to undergo reference checks.
