I’m looking for someone to move into the second room in my new build 2 bed 2 bath flat
Monthly rent is £1175 plus bills (adds up to around £1350) we can discuss in more detail if you are interested
Council tax band E
The room is unfurnished, so would require you to bring a bed/drawers etc, ideal if you have your own furniture but there is lots of storage in the lounge area
There is an inbuilt desk if you need to work from home too
The room has sole use of the main bathroom as I have an en-suite
Next to pudding mill lane station, and very close to Stratford and Bow so many transport links!
I am a chef so not at home that much, just looking for someone to get on with and who likes a clean and tidy space
