Double room in 3 bed flat

Hi! We are Rachel and Emily, two friendly girls looking for another (ideally female) professional to fill our spare large double room in our beautiful flat in Bow, east London.

Rachel works in advertising and Emily is a designer and we’re friends and flatmates that have lived in the flat for 2.5 years. We enjoy socialising but also enjoy some quiet time with nights in watching tv. We both work from home 1-2 days a week, and are out and about most weekends going on walks to Victoria park (25 min from the flat), or going for food and socialising with friends. We both enjoy running and make use of the free gym in the building.

The room has large built in mirrored wardrobes but is unfurnished otherwise, so you would need a bed! The rest of the flat is fully furnished. The rent includes use of the fully equipped gym, access to the roof top and a cleaner once a week. The shared living space also includes a large balcony, and a shared bathroom with just one other flatmate. Bills are around £150pcm which includes high speed broadband and Netflix.

The flat is super well connected. It’s a 7 min walk to pudding mill lane and from there you can get to Stratford in 1 minute on the DLR. It’s also 10 minute walk to Bromley-by-bow, or a 20 min walk to Mile End. You can commute into central London in around 30 min. The flat is on the canal so you can enjoy a leisurely walk up the canal to Hackney Wick (20 min) or the Olympic park (10 min). There is a bus stop within 5 min walk of the flat that can take you either to Stratford or up Mile End/bethnal Green. And big Tesco is 8 min walk away.
