Beautiful Spacious Room to Rent with Own Bathroom

I am Tasnuva. I am looking for a flatmate to share my beautiful flat with.

The room I am renting out is a double bedroom. It is spacious, beautiful and filled with light along with an amazing view of the canal side from the window. It has one cupboard and one chess drawers and free space for you to add any additional desks/drawers if you wants. You will have your own bathroom - which is quite big in size too.

The house has a great location and is only a 5 minutes walk from Pudingmill Lane Station, 12 minutes from Bromley by Bow Station and 20 minutes from Stratford Station. It has bus stops less than a minute way. There is a Tesco superstore within 12 minutes in distance and many other convenience stores very nearby, one of them less than 2 minutes walk for those late night quick runs. It is quite close to Central London and only takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the heart of London.

I am looking for someone friendly, someone I can enjoy a good chat with, maybe hang out over an evening coffee at the beautiful balcony we have, but at the same time someone who enjoys their own time and space too and would respect my privacy. I love having my friends over from time to time - so someone who does not mind having guests over.

Move in dates are flexible, but preferably looking for someone to move in by December.

Parking can come with an extra cost and couples would need to pay slightly more.
