Ensuite Double Room in spacious East Village flat

We are looking for someone to share our wonderful 3 bedroom flat with someone until the end of January :)
The move in date is flexible so just let me know what works for you!

The flat:
It's a modern 3 double bedroom flat within a well kept development on the edge of the East Village. There's a 24 hour concierge service and residents' gym.

The main communal space consists of an incredibly spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area which opens up on to 2 private outside areas. We've got a lovely private garden on one side and a balcony on the other. We have made a real effort to make the space feel homely and just a nice place to relax in.

The flat is within a 7 minute walk of Stratford station which offers great connections to almost every part of London. We're also less than 10-minutes from the Olympic Park, with Hackney Wick and Victoria Park a stone's throw further.

Your room:
A spacious double room with your own private bathroom! The room is suited to both single and double occupants and come with a huge built in wardrobe providing ample storage.

The people:
Dom and I met at uni longer ago than we like to remember. Dom's been in the flat almost 4 years now which proves how much of a good place it is!! We have a shared love for food and enjoy cooking for each other throughout the week which you should definitely get involved in.

We're often out one or two nights a week as well as at the weekend seeing friends or exploring different parts of London. But equally we enjoy having a chill Friday night sipping a crisp white or full bodied red whilst watching a film on the (62 inch!!!) TV.
