Spacious Double Room in cosy, friendly house share

Current tenants: We are Vyta - 35 from Lithuania and Kyle -29 from Ireland and Martina -32 from Malta. We are all chilled, clean, friendly, respectful and social people and we enjoy the house a lot. We are looking for someone to keep up the lovely vibe in the house. This houshold will consider t pets too but an extra deposit needs to be given. Please discuss.

The room has a double size bed, 2 wardrobes and a chest of drawers, for an extra £100 month you can have a private office as well. Also we have a hot tub, ping pong table and the house is well set up for nice living. More than happy to accommodate any additional furniture or make changes to enhance our living space. Always open to design and interior improvements to make it even cozier. You can get council permit for parking in Waltham forest and you will be the have the first car.

The ideal flat mates will be likeminded people who are in their 30’s who value a social and enjoyable atmosphere at home. We hope to find kindred spirits with shared interests, those who I can still spend time together with and have a laugh and decent conversations with. It's always a good sign when our friends also hit it off.

A bit from the landloard:

I'm a laid-back Aussie, working in climbing/bouldering business, currently travelling but used to live in the house.

Now, a bit about the house: it boasts a spacious kitchen, a separate office, three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms (a generously sized one upstairs with a shower and bath, and an extra toilet downstairs), a large garden complete with a fire pit, ping pong table, hammock, and sun loungers for the summer (did I mention I'm an Aussie? A hot tub is next on my list).

Location-wise, you can't ask for better - a mere 8-minute walk to Maryland station (Elizabeth line), a 15-minute stroll to Leyton station (central line), and just 15 minutes from Westfield London and Olympic Park!

Admin stuff:
Rent for one room is £825 + bills ( approx. £110). There is an office to rent for £100 to have an extra private room

Bills will be shared equally

The deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.

Council Tax is in band D.
