Room with private bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath flat

Hi everyone! 🌸

My flatmate is moving out by the and of Jan and I'm looking for someone to join me in this 2 bed 2 bath flat in Stratford area E15.
Really well connected location: 5 min by walk to DLR station and 15 min by walk to Stratford station with one bus stop in front of the house gatw with night buses (N8 and N205).
The building has concierge 9am to 5pm and a small gym, sauna and steaming room.
The contract will be for one year.
The room is £1025 + bills (around £100).

I'm Italian from Milano, 30yo and I work Monday to Friday as Visual Merchandiser, so I'm out early morning and back around 5/6pm.
I'm a gym rat and I love horses, and listen to reggaeton music!
The weekend I often stay at my boyfriend's house outside London so you will have your flat for yourself.

I would like someone tidy and respectful of the communal area, with an age between 25 and 40 years old with a full time job, preferably if is more office based.
