Description
Hey everyone!
My housemate is moving out the end of July and I’m looking for someone to take his place on the contract. The room is a bright space with a double bed and plenty of room, just a 7 minute walk from the Elizabeth Line in Maryland.
Costs:
Rent: £875.00/month
Bills: Around ~£150-180 (inc. council tax)
Deposit: £951.50
Council Tax Band: B
Reference checks and a light credit check is also required (Checks are to look for any adverse data such as are any CCJs active or satisfactory within the last 3 years/ IVAs/ Bankruptcy etc).
Flatmates:
Me (Dan): 28, he/him. Work in marketing for financial services and is based in the City. WFH 2 days a week but tend to spend more time at the office as of late. Easy going and like to spend time cooking in the kitchen, watching TV, or at the gym. Often out from early in the morning and most weekends.
Landlord does checks every 6 months or so, just to check on upkeep of house and see if there are any issues. Any issues are resolved quite quickly via landlord.
Landlord requires meeting potential new tenant before referencing from letting agent takes place.
Thanks!
