You’d be living with two professional women in our late 20s/early 30s. We’re easygoing, tidy, and respectful. We enjoy the occasional catch-up in the living room, maybe some Netflix or a shared dinner, but we’re also quite independent and like our own downtime too.

The house has:

One bathroom with a shower (downstairs)
A separate toilet (upstairs)
A fully equipped kitchen
A comfy shared living room
A little private garden, perfect for BBQs or just chilling outside
We’re also really close to local shops, stations, and some nice green spaces.

Bills are roughly:

£10 internet
£10 water
£55 council tax (per person)
Gas & electric: ~£20/month in summer, ~£40–£50 in winter depending on use
