Single room

Hi, we have a single room up for rent in a nice, clean house.
Located in a cul de sac street right between West Ham and Canning Town stations (both walking distance).
The room is furnished(single bed, mattress, wardrobe, TV including Netflix) and the rent is included of all bills.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, microwave, etc).

We are looking for a clean, quiet female (ideally a profesional). Cleanliness is a non negotiable, please only contact me if you’re a clean person.

About us: we are 4 tenants living in the house, we are all clean and mainly keep ourselves to ourselves. There are 3 females and one male.

Please note that the room is available from the 4th Jan, but we are starting the viewings now.
