I’m Morgan and I share this lovely flat with Spencer – we’re two easygoing professionals in our mid-twenties. 💁🏼‍♀️🙋‍♂️

I’m training at a law firm, and Spencer is our tech wizard and makes the WiFi work like magic. 🧙‍♂️💻

We both work a mix of hybrid/WFH, so you’ll find us doing our own thing most of the time – but we love a catch-up in the kitchen, a spontaneous gym trip, or the odd living room movie night. We’re not strict on lifestyles, but we do appreciate someone who knows what a sponge is and uses it without being asked. 😇

We’ve had the odd house party as the kitchen and the living room are so big, but generally keep it chilled – no chore rotas or curfews here, just good vibes and common sense. 🛋️🍕

🛍️ 12 min walk to Westfield – retail therapy and food galore
📦 Nisa across the road for emergency snacks and parcel collection
🚗 Plenty of parking with a local permit

Rent is £710 + £165 bills (covers everything: council tax, water, gas & elec, WiFi, Cleaner bi-weekly, and even shared household stuff like loo roll and cleaning bits – yes, we stock the toilet paper like champions).

Deposit + 1st month’s rent needed
