House near City / Canary Wharf / LCY

I have a bright and cosy double bedroom available in my pretty Victorian terrace for Monday to Friday let. It has a lovely garden and lots of living space, so we don’t need to be on top of each other. I also have an en suite bathroom so the main bathroom would almost exclusively be yours and particularly during morning getting ready time!

I’ve hired a fortnightly cleaner which is included in rent (along with fast WiFi and all other bills).

My place is 15-25 minutes door-to-door from the City, Canary Wharf, City Airport and Stratford, so very easy to commute and get around. Plaistow station is 5 minutes away (District Line, H&C Line), and West Ham is 10 minutes away (Jubilee Line, DLR, C2C rail which goes into Fenchurch Street in 10 minutes). I could potentially arrange a parking permit if needed, let me know if you want me to look into it.

I’m a professional woman in my 30s working in finance, very social/friendly but also happy with my own company. I’m normally in the office Tuesday-Thursday. I have a (very nice!) boyfriend but he doesn’t normally come over during the week.

Also important to note is that I have a pet cat, Momo. She’s not really a lap cat but is very well-behaved in practical matters, e. g. has no interest in human food! I keep her out of the second bedroom.

I’m quite easy-going really, just looking for someone nice and respectful. Please tell me a bit about yourself, what you do, any interests, and why you need a place for Monday-Friday rental!
