Double room with private balcony

I'm moving on the 15th and I want to find someone to replace me. I can give pictures and videos upon request.

You have a double room all furnished with bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe. You have your private balcony.
Two bathrooms in the house and one toilet.
Big living room with high ceiling, big spacious kitchen, quiet house of working professionals. You would share the bathroom with only 2 other women and it's usually no fuss.

Bills are all Included so no hidden fares. Half deposit needed.
No animals, smoking can be done outside on your private balcony.

Female preferred as its predominantly female household.
