Double room

Hey everyone,
I'm subletting my room for the month of November - I can be flexible with dates, so please let me know if you're looking for something longer or shorter or any specific dates/weeks :)

A little bit about the house:
It's a 4-bedroom townhouse with a garden, living room, study, kitchen, and ample storage space ,few minutes from Central Line (in Leyton). It's walking distance to Stratford and Hackney Wick where there are plenty of cafes, pubs, stores, and parks. The house itself is very spacious and beautiful: kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, living room with TV, a basement storage, a separate study room, and garden with lots of comfy seats for dining or chilling.

About the room:
It's on the top floor on its own so you'll have a lot of privacy and your own ensuite bathroom! Currently there are two desks in the study room and use one, so if you also need the desk space, you can feel free to use it!

About the housemates:
You'll be sharing this beautiful home with three friendly flatmates in their late 20s and 30s. We're a respectful household who respects each others' space and privacy, as much the space itself:

Julien (35) is a video editor who loves to play tennis and travel.
Victor (27) is a marketing manager who enjoys cooking up delicious dinners with his slow-cooker.
Erin (25) is a nurse from Australia who loves yoga and just came back from her 4-month long travel in Europe with great stories!

We're looking to find a flatmate with a respectful, friendly, and curious personality. If you share an interest in cooking, reading, art, and music, you'll find plenty in common with us :)
