Bright Room In Beautiful Modern Vegan/Veggie Flat

I’m leaving the UK and looking for a friendly, tidy and vegan (or vegetarian) person to take my lovely room near Stratford/Bromley by Bow in the Sugar House Island development.

Ideally the move in date will be beginning of December but I’m flexible if you need it earlier or later.

The area is modern and safe, the flat is overlooking the river Lea, within 15min walk of three stations and 2-3 mins of bus stops, with gorgeous canal walks available every way you go.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two foodie vegans - Italian guy and British girl both in late 20s early 30s, both busy professionals who like bonding over food sharing and the occasional cocktail making evening (or Friday afternoon).

My room is lovely and bright and very cozy but is quite small so doesn’t fit a desk - unless you are creative with space. I’ve been working from home 1-2 days a week from the living room which has been fine for me but there are also several co-working spaces nearby. Flatmates also work hybrid jobs so depending on your work situation you could be sharing the living room during the day which has been fun and sociable for me.

There is a large Tesco, off licence, gym, dance studio, bouldering gym, paddle gym, and other activities nearby as well as a 15 min walk from the many amenities and attractions of Stratford and the Queen Elizabeth park. Really well connected by a cycle lane too.

Bills are usually about £150 each including electricity, heating, water, council tax and internet.
