Spacious room available in 2 bedroom flat

Hello, my flatmate moved back to his country and looking someone to take over his room. The room is quite big. The flat is divided in 3 floors. Bottom floor is the room that is available and next to it is the bathroom. On the floor above is the entrance to the flat and the kitchen/living room which is quite big and spacious and on the floor above is my room. The set up is quite good as there is a floor separating the 2 bedrooms ensuring privacy and quietness for both me and the person who wants to move in. The flat is working with electricity, there is no gas. Council tax, electricity, water, internet and tv license are the bills we pay monthly which is roughly 200£ each (can go a bit higher depending on how often we use the heating.
I am a quiet and tidy person that enjoys watching movies and relaxing at home. I am working mornings in hospitality section. I am looking for a person that is tidy and relaxing. If you have any questions regarding the flat or you want to book a viewing just message me.
