Looking for a lovely and mindful working individual for a modern apartment
with my housemate.

I have lived in this apartment for a one years
and it’s amazing. Location and transport links are fantastic. I will be leaving London and looking for someone to take over.

10 minute walk to Hackney Wick
10 minute walk to Stratford international
10 minute walk to puddling mill lane - DLR
10 minute walk to Bromley by Bow station - Hammersmith city and district line
10 minute walk to Bow Station
45 minute walk to Greenwich or 20 minute bike ride to Greenwich and on the dlr, takes 15 minutes.
20 minute walk to olypick park Stratford and Westfield shopping centre.

Two bedroom modern apartment with all amenities needed and concierge.

Bills come up to around £155 but electricity and water bill is very dependent on usage.

What are we looking for:
Someone who is super clean and respectful. We all have busy work and social lives so looking for someone who will value the space they live in. My housemate, she is super wholesome, she’s respectful and social.

The apartment also has a balcony and overlooks a gorgeous quiet courtyard. Neighbours are bloody amazing and friendly. Loads of storage space!

The island also has a lovely cafe / bar for residents holding quiz nights on Tuesdays.
