I am looking for someone to take over my double en-suite room in a modern 3-bed flat from the start of 2026. The flat is bright, spacious, well-connected and has its own local community — perfect for a young professional looking for a friendly and comfortable home.

You’ll be sharing with two very easygoing and sociable guys (young professionals). Everyone in the house usually has their own routine but we often come together on weeknights/weekends to hang out, xbox, watch shows or explore the London music scene. The atmosphere is friendly, tidy, and relaxed — We take good care of the space since all of us mostly work from home.

The ideal housemate to take over would be someone who's friendly, respectful, and sociable working professional who values a balance of independence and community. Someone tidy and easygoing, who’s comfortable having friends over occasionally and contributing to a positive, homely environment.
