Available from 13 January (flexible)
Hello! We’re looking for one mature, calm and grounded housemate to join our lovely home between Stratford and Maryland (Elizabeth Line) Stations (E15). You’ll be sharing with me (2 years in this house already), my partner (not always around), and our big gentle lady dog Amiri.
If you’re someone who enjoys a peaceful, respectful atmosphere, loves animals, and lives mindfully, this might be your spot.
🏡 About the House
• A fully decorated, cosy home;
• Your own private bedroom + private bathroom
• Additional guest bathroom available
• Open-plan kitchen & living room, bright, spacious, and social when we want it to be
• Garden + first-floor terrace
• Pet-friendly home (we genuinely welcome pets!)
• Great location: 5–10 min to Stratford, Maryland around the corner, quiet street
👤 Who We’re Looking For
We’re prioritising someone who is:
• Calm, considerate, and mature
• Working outside the home during weekdays (to keep shared spaces relaxed)
• Vegan/vegetarian preferred, or at least respectful of that lifestyle
• No alcohol, drugs, or parties, we keep the house peaceful
• Respectful toward all beings (humans, animals, plants… the full crew)
• Clean and tidy, happy to share cleaning duties or contribute to a cleaner when it’s your turn
• Loves animals (non-negotiable, honestly)
If you have your own pet, big yes, you’re more than welcome.
📄 Practical Bits
• Move-in from 13 January onwards
• Standard screening will be done by the amazing landlady (proof of income, references, etc.)
• Viewings/interviews handled by me, I know the flow of the home and what works best
• Rent & Bills: (£1300-£1400 per month depending on how much gas/electricity we use, but never more than that)
• Deposit: (£1125)
• Contract length: (Currently valid until October 2025, renewable every year)
• Parking / bike storage: there is one you can rent in our street, or you can leave it in the garden.

We’re warm, easygoing, and respectful people who enjoy a balanced lifestyle. Cosy evenings, a calm environment, mindful living, and friendly energy without being intrusive.
Our dog is very sweet, affectionate, and calm, she’s a big character in the best way.
