Cosy double room in E15

Cosy double room has become available in our house near Stratford in Maryland E15 (10 min walk from Elizabeth line). The available room is £650 per month which includes Water, council tax , broadband & TV licence. Therefore only other outgoing bills are Gas & Electricity which come to roughly £40 - £50 per month depending on time of year.

You’ll be living with myself Sam (30) freelance in film & TV, Liam (30) who works in PR and Caroline (33) who works in video editing. The house is a real home which we keep clean and tidy, it’s a quiet space with plenty of room. The available room would share the downstairs shower / bathroom with one other person. We have a cleaner who comes twice a month which we split between us. The house also has a garden and veranda area, which is a real godsend in the warmer months.
