Hi, I am moving out of my room and am looking for someone to replace me.

Please read the ENTIRE advert as there is lots of important information.

The room comes unfurnished and includes ALL bills and council tax. The room is very big (I’ve had a king bed in there with plenty of room for lots of belongings). It’s en suite with a bath (I’ve had a shower screen fitted since taking the video) and has a big window at the front of the room with a view of the park. The house is lovely and warm as the bills are included. The fellow housemates are all very friendly and easy to get on with. There are two kitchens and two washing machines so you always have access to cooking and cleaning whenever you want. The property has a big garden out the back.

Please note this is a Property Guardianship which differs to a normal rental property. The main difference is that it has a 28 day rolling contract which allows either party to cancel if they wish. Please check out the other differences so make sure you’re eligible to be a Property Guardian. The property is managed by Ad Hoc Property Management Ltd and you’ll have to apply to them to secure the room. I’ve had a really great experience with this company and can highly recommend becoming a property guardian with them!

IMPORTANT** Please only get in contact if you are looking to move before Christmas. Viewings can only be held by Ad Hoc so please called them directly if you would like to view the property. I cannot host viewings as they want to meet any potential new property guardians in person. The property is on Chandos Road and it’s Room 6.

I’m unsure if couples can rent the room so if you are a couple I’d advise calling Ad Hoc to check.
