Big double room with En-suite

1 big double bedroom with en-suite is becoming available in 3 bedroom flat sharing with myself and another flatmate.

Rent is £800 for a single person and £900 for a couple.
Bills are roughly on average £125 per person per month over the year for a single person moving in. If couple is to move in then bills would be £100 per person per month over the year. 5-8 minute walk to Maryland station with access to the Elizabeth line, 20 minute walk to Stratford Station with access to Central, Elizabeth, DLR, Jubilee, Overground and National rail lines. Westfield stratford is also a 20 minute walk away with supermarkets within a 2 minute walk down the road.

Council tax band is B.

Move in date would be the 22nd January 2026 with a 6 month contract and we will most likely extend. I am looking to stay long term as I love the place! :)

We are looking for someone that is very clean and tidy and wanting to move into and make the place a home rather than separate rooms. Someone that is kind, considerate and preferably creative as we are a creative household.
