Double Room to let East London

I'll be heading off to do some travelling soon, so I am looking for a friendly person to take my room from mid-January until the end of June 2026 (5&1/2 - 6 months).

The room comes with a double bed & mattress, built in wardrobe, built-in desk, chair, bookshelves, and an extra set of shelves for storage.

You will have 3 housemates (all female), who are working professionals or Masters students, and we have a lovely friendly sharing vibe in the house.

The house is a 4 bed terraced house with 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, spacious living room, fully furnished kitchen, and a nice garden with a shed. 
It is located 📍 in E15, a 5-10 minute walk from Plaistow tube station (on the District & Hammersmith & City lines), and a 20 min walk/12 minute bus from Stratford station & all its connections. Hackney Wick is a 15 cycle away with all the hipster bars and canalside fun you could wish for. 200ms away at the end of the road is the 87 acres of West Ham Park, with tennis courts, cricket nets and other sports facilities, alongside loads of green space.

The room would be charged at £800 a month (including bills) for the duration of the sub-let.

Looking for one person for at least 3 months, but there can be some flexibility around dates. This would be great for someone who doesn't mind sharing meals, chipping in with some chores, and who is is respectful and easygoing.
