Double room available in spacious house!

**POC friendly !**

We have a small double room available in our lovely 4 storey home.

We are all working professionals looking for a friendly, responsible and respectful housemate to complete our house. We are all black women (LGTBQIA+ friendly household) and prefer a POC housemate that is respectful and happy to maintain a clean home. We all lead busy lives so please note that this is not a party house and we all enjoy our downtime but we do enjoy a little chinwag :). Please note that are looking for a female housemate.

The room is a small double but there is a lot of communal spaces( A LOT OF SPACE), we have a living room, dinning room, large kitchen, garden (with a patio) and outer of house that can used as a work space/gym. We also have a spare guest room for when we have guest staying over on the top floor.

The house is located roughly 5mins (walk) from Maryland station, 15mins (walk) from Stratford station & Stratford Westfield City. There is a large communal garden.


The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table

Stores nearby include Morrisons, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s and Stratford Westfield is conveniently close.

Great choice of gyms and close to Green spaces (Olympic park/wanstead flats/stratford park). Perfect for anyone with a car as there is a driveway so wouldn’t need to bother getting a permit!

Added bonus is the loveliest landlady ever - she’s super responsive and genuinely cares about ensuring our comfort in the house.

-council tax is included in the rent but bills are separate, approx. £80-£95 a month
-deposit is £500 and will be DPS protected by the landlady.
