We have spacious room on offer with the single bed in Stratford E15
Rent £170.00 per week and only 2 weeks deposit for £340.00.
All bills are included also Broadband.
We will need Documents like job contract, 3 months bank statements including payslips and Landlord reference, and passport ID, Whichever proof of support you can provide will be helpful, if wish to accept the room.
Also for security reasons you will be interviewed via what’s app video call so please, do not hesitate to forward your contact number in spareroom.
Then only we will contact you as soon as possible. We need trustworthy and reliable person who will able to keep the communal area clean on the ground floor and your rooms and clean as you go after use of bathrooms and kitchen area, hygiene is very important to us.
You also will have to follow cleaning rota rules as your turn comes accordingly.
No smokers allowed and no night shift workers but afternoon shifts workers are allowed. We have long lived professionals who are living in our property up to 2 and 3 Years. The room viewing will take place on every Sunday afternoon after 1.40pm onwards.

Once you decide to accept the room after viewing you will have to reserve the room immediately with the money transfer or by cash.
