Affordable room to rent

We have an affordable room available on 1st April in a shared house in Bromley-by-Bow/Stratford (East London).

- Rent is £650 per month, crazy good price for this area!!
- Bills are between £70-£100 a month (council tax is included in the rent)
- The room is furnished with a double bed, small built-in wardrobe, small bedside table and tall shelving unit (the chest of drawers in the photo are no longer in the room but please do speak to the landlady if you need one!)
- The room available is the smallest in the house but there is additional storage on the landing for this room, including a large wardrobe and a storage unit
- Huge bathroom with plenty of storage space
- Good sized kitchen with storage space, your own cupboard and space in the fridge
- We share all of the utensils and appliances so you won’t need to bring anything extra
- The living room has a sofa, TV and storage cupboard
- 15 minute walk to Bromley-by-Bow and Stratford Station, very close to Westfield shopping centre
- The house is located in a residential area, we have a lot of greenery nearby including the Olympic Park
- Big Tesco just down the road

We are looking for a like-minded person to join the house, ideally someone who is a working professional, clean and tidy, and respectful of everyone’s space.

The other girls in the house are 33 & 37, they both work full time in the health sector. The 37 year old is moving out soon as she has bought her own flat (!!!); her room is being filled by another lovely girl who I’ve been friends with for years, she is 30 and also works full time. They are lovely, friendly people, very clean/tidy and have always respected my space, but are also happy to sit down and have a catch up in the living room 🙂
