Hi!

We have two beautiful, spacious bedrooms in our new home left:
- One very large and bright room (the one with the brown desk chair in the pictures), our personal favourite in the house. The rent is £900/ month, incl. bills.
- 1 large and bright double room with a view on the back garden (the one with the white desk chair in the pictures), going for £800/month incl. bills.

Each room has their own fridge, microwave and kettle. Please note, there is no communal living room. There is a small kitchenette (2 burners, 1 airfryer, no oven), to be shared between the 3 renters. You will also share an incredibly large bathroom with two others.

The transport links are very good. We are in E15, a 10-minute walk from Plaistow tube station and there is a bus stop at the end of our street which takes you to Stratford Station in less than 10 minutes. The bus is very frequent, coming every 2 minutes.

We are friendly, respectful professionals and hope to welcome like-minded renters (student or professional) to our home who value a clean, calm, and considerate living environment.

We can be flexible regarding the move-in date.
