Our offer on this flat has just been accepted, and we’re now looking for a third flatmate to take the remaining room and join the tenancy.
Ideally looking for someone ready to move quickly and commit.

The Room:
Bright, well-sized double room (currently empty in photos but will be furnished with a bed + chest of drawers).

The Flat:
Modern 3-bed flat with a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area and balcony. Dishwasher + washing machine included.
You’ll share a bathroom with just one other person (Jack has the ensuite).
There is a storage unit downstairs and a parking (available at an additional cost);

Location:
~15 min walk to Stratford station and Bromley-by-Bow station + loads of buses nearby. Easy access to Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth lines + Overground.

Current Flatmates:
You’ll be living with Jack (finance) and me (hospitality). We’re both easygoing, clean, and friendly - up for hanging out but also respectful of downtime.

We're looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing who’s happy in a social but relaxed flat.
