Looking for a London student (long term/short term) to take over my tenancy at Eleanor Rosa House, July 2026 onwards.
The floor has a shared living room and kitchen but the room is private and ensuite (double bed and approximately 14-14.8sq. metres of space in the room).

-About 5mins walk from Stratford Station then less than 20mins into central London. (25mins till central Unis like LSE, UCL main etc.)
-7 min walk to UCL East and UAL.
-One stop away from Queen Mary University of London.
-5min walk to Westfield and Queen Elizabeth
